Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Resort in Maine seeks a dedicated full-time, year-round Vehicle Maintenance Technician to service a diverse fleet of resort-owned vehicles including GM light trucks and vans, ATVs and snowmobiles, groomers, and more. Requirements include prior shop experience or a tech school degree in a related field; basic brake work, front-end repairs, exhaust, and electrical diagnosis are required.

Welding skills and an inspection license are a plus, and the role offers full-time hours

Qualifications

• Prior shop experience or a technical school degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of a fleet of vehicles and equipment (lifts, snow machines, mowers, small engines, snowmaking equipment).
• Maintenance of ATVs, welders, chainsaws, pumps and other small engine equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekend and holiday shifts as required, with scheduling that supports year-round operations.
