Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Resort seeks a dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Technician for a full-time, year-round role to service a diverse fleet, including GM trucks, ATVs, snowmobiles, groomers, buses, and plow equipment.

Minimum shop experience or a related technical school degree is required; braking, front-end, exhaust, and electrical diagnosis skills are essential, with welding and inspection licenses a plus. Benefits apply with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in equipment and vehicle maintenance/repair is essential.
• Shop experience or a technical school degree in a related field is required.
• Prior welding and fabrication experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fleet of vehicles and equipment within the garage's scope.
• Service lifts, snow machines, mowers, small engines and snowmaking gear.
• Maintain ATVs, welders, chainsaws, pumps and other small equipment.
• Work weekend/holiday shifts as needed for year-round operations.
