Job summary

Hall Brook Farm seeks energetic, enthusiastic farmers to assist with all aspects of the veggie production operation. This role involves growing, harvesting, washing and packing greens and root crops, plus operating light machinery and assisting with irrigation.

Candidates should enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, be willing to work rain or shine, and uphold high quality standards including food safety. Both part-time and full-time arrangements are considered.

Qualifications

• Two full seasons on a commercial scale vegetable farm.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and rain or shine.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently alone or in a group.
• Uphold high quality standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Grow, harvest, wash and pack greens and root crops.
• Operate light machinery and assist with irrigation.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards across tasks.
• Support seasonal scheduling and teamwork across the crew.
