Job summary

OCC invites a driven intern to join the ETS UX/CX team for real-world research and design work. The role offers hands-on ownership, collaboration with CX and UX strategists, and opportunities to influence internal employee technology experiences.

The 12-month program runs January–December 2027 with up to 20 hours weekly during the school year and up to 40 hours weekly in the summer, in a hybrid environment. This internship is unpaid visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or 2nd-year graduate student, graduating Dec 2027 or May/Aug 2028.
• Strong foundation in user research, service design, human-centered design, or CX.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting user interviews and surveys with internal employees.
• Support journey mapping workshops and document current-state journey maps and service blueprints.
• Help deploy and monitor feedback instruments across ETS touchpoints and summarize themes.
• Update CX data dashboards and prepare summaries for stakeholders.
• Support usability testing, navigation testing, and design feedback sessions for internal tools.
• Maintain Jira backlog items and keep project artifacts organized.
