Job summary

Turning Point is hiring for daytime-only roles across our NJ locations. Take orders, serve beverages, and help run a fast-paced shift with friendly customer service.

You'll deliver accuracy and courtesy, handle payments, maintain a clean dining area, and support teammates. All tips are paid daily in cash, with opportunities for advancement as more than 65% of managers were promoted from within.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates' tables.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
