Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a dynamic Crew Manager to lead our year-round lighting and decor projects, including seasonal displays, for residential and commercial settings. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and top workmanship.

You will supervise a field crew, coordinate schedules and logistics, train staff, ensure safety, and communicate with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our base location daily.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Commitment to PPE and safety standards.
• Punctual, professional, and respectful toward clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on residential and commercial lighting & decor projects.
• Coordinate daily schedules, logistics, and vehicle loading.
• Ensure safe and efficient installation and removal with ladders up to 40’.
• Train and mentor crew members to meet high-quality standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients professionally and provide on-site direction and support.
• Use digital devices and apps for layouts, checklists, and reporting.
• Oversee inventory management and project materials.
• Adapt to weather, site, or scheduling changes with calm professionalism.
