Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews in lighting, landscaping, or similar trades.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for client interaction.
• Comfortable using iPads and mobile apps for layouts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on residential and commercial lighting and décor projects.
• Coordinate daily schedules, logistics, and vehicle loading from shops.
• Ensure safe installation and removal using ladders up to 40 feet.
• Train and mentor crew members to meet safety standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site and provide direction.
• Utilize iPads and apps for layouts, checklists, and reporting.
• Oversee inventory and project materials.
• Adapt to weather and scheduling changes calmly.
