Job summary

Winter Park Resort seeks a Lift Electrical Technician I to perform routine electronics maintenance on lifts and assist with design and installation of control systems. You will conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with ANSI, safety and regulatory standards.

You must be able to work weekends/evenings/holidays with a high-altitude mountain environment and wear appropriate safety gear. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Education includes theory, schematic reading, troubleshooting and instrument use.
• Minimum one year of experience in the electronic trade.
• Electronics training may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on lifts to ensure reliability and safety.
• Assists with design, modification, construction and installation of control systems.
• Performs annual and periodic inspections of lift electronics.
• Troubleshoots lift problems and coordinates with supervisor.
• Oversees pre-operational lift start-up inspections and safety practices.
