Responsibilities

• Operate lawn maintenance equipment (edger, trimmer, mower, blower).
• Assist with equipment maintenance and daily prep.
• Follow safety guidelines and company brand.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; support both Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance teams.
• Winter snow plowing/shoveling as needed.
