Job summary

Edina Seasonal Services is hiring Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance Crew Members for year‑round work across lawn, landscape, trees, and snow removal. You may join either the Lawn Care team or Landscape Maintenance team, with cross-training common as needs change.

We value energetic, motivated candidates with experience in lawn and landscape work. Your day starts early, performing tasks from mowing and edging to mulching, plant care, and winter snow operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a Medical DOT health card.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and perform repetitive physical labor.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Snow removal/plowing during winter months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate lawn maintenance equipment (edger, trimmer, mower, backpack blower).
• Assist Crew Leader with equipment maintenance and daily repairs.
• Perform end-of-day tasks and prep for next day.
• Adhere to safety program and brand standards; follow routes and schedules.
• Communicate with customers to address concerns and feedback.
• Move between residential and commercial sites; handle mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Landscape tasks: mulch installs, sod, edging, plantings, bed maintenance.
• Winter duties: snow plowing/shoveling and related tasks.
• Assist across Lawn Care or Landscape Maintenance as needed.
