Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or lawn care preferred.
• Ability to safely operate mowing, trimming, blowing, and snow removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-kept property.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain lawns across the campus.
• Trim and maintain trees, shrubs, hedges, and landscaping.
• Weed flower beds and outdoor spaces; water plants as needed.
• Maintain appearance of lawns, gardens, walkways and common areas.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and perform routine inspections.
• Remove litter and debris; assist with planting and seasonal projects.
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment near residents and staff.
