Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) in Dallas is seeking a year-round intern to contribute to Market Operations and corporate actions by supporting transitions from ENCORE to Ovation and Day 2 initiatives.

This 12-month program offers 20 hours weekly during the school year and up to 40 hours in summer, with a 1,000-hour cap, and a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence on anchor days.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or 2nd-year graduate student, graduating in 2027/2028.
• Interest in financial markets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transitioning from ENCORE to Ovation and Day 2 project initiatives.
• Create job aids, training materials, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support department production operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
