Qualifications

• Must meet all state requirements for this position.
• Minimum 1 year of child care experience with children under age 5.
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and outgoing personality.
• Professional and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Able to work early morning or closing shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily class functions for a group of children.
• Implement lesson plans and lead activities that support physical, social, and emotional growth.
• Prepare materials and classroom for activities in a safe, organized, and productive manner.
• Attend staff meetings and school functions as required by the Director.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
