Our client, a reputable investment advisory firm specializing in real estate portfolios, is seeking a skilled Yardi Implementation Consultant to lead and support the rollout of Yardi’s investment management solutions. This is a critical role focused on implementing Yardi modules that streamline fund accounting, investor reporting, and portfolio analytics.

As the Yardi Implementation Consultant, you will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure, test, and deploy Yardi Investment Management and related modules. Your work will help the firm enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and deliver transparent reporting to investors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead end-to-end Yardi system implementations, focusing on Investment Management modules
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure Yardi modules including investor accounting, capital calls, distributions, and reporting workflows
• Develop test plans, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and support issue resolution
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders
• Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system rollouts
• Coordinate with Yardi technical support and third-party vendors as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience implementing Yardi solutions, preferably Yardi Investment Management or Voyager modules
• Strong understanding of real estate investment accounting and fund structures
• Experience with investor reporting, capital tracking, and performance measurement
• Ability to translate complex business needs into system configurations
