Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking a results-driven Consultant to guide clients through successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Yardi solutions. You will build lasting relationships, provide strategic guidance, and streamline client operations to achieve business goals.

The role covers system configuration, troubleshooting, and training, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, math, or computer/engineering sciences.
• 5+ years of software or business process consulting experience with customers.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.
