Job summary

Yardi is seeking a results-oriented Consultant to guide clients through successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Yardi solutions. You will build lasting relationships, provide strategic guidance, and help clients streamline operations to achieve business goals.

The role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, and training, with travel up to 80%. You will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints.
• Strong client-centered focus and communication.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services and implementation support to a portfolio of Yardi clients.
• Advise stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects from discovery to post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
