Job summary

Prinsco Inc. is seeking a dependable Yard Worker in Minnesota to support yard operations and assist drivers and customers. You will load and unload products, organize inventory, and operate equipment safely in a production environment across varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb, 50 lb for 1/3 of day, and 75 lb less than 1/3 of day.
• Experience operating or working with equipment in a yard or production environment (forklift preferred).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products as part of daily yard operations.
• Organize and maintain yard inventory and keep area clean and safe.
• Operate yard equipment safely and assist with basic maintenance when needed.
• Support drivers and customers with a respectful, professional attitude.
• Engage in cross training and continuous improvement initiatives when available.
