Position Description

This role involves loading and unloading products for customers in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner. Providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and handling shipping and receiving documentation are key responsibilities. The role also includes keeping the yard organized and performing physical tasks such as breaking down pallets and occasional hand loading. The position is outdoors year-round, primarily using a forklift to move palletized products.

On-the-job training will be provided by experienced employees. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Experience in building materials or related fields is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Physical ability to lift 70+ pounds occasionally; comfortable standing for most of the day; capable of bending and twisting.
• OSHA-certified forklift operation experience is preferred.
• Experience with masonry products, stone, or construction practices is a plus.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
