Position Description

This position is responsible for loading and unloading Mutual Materials products for customers safely and courteously. You will promote positive customer relations, maintain inventory and shipping/receiving documentation, keep the yard organized, and perform physical labor such as preparing and breaking down pallets and hand-loading products. The role is outdoors year-round, primarily using a forklift to move palletized products. On-the-job training will be provided. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.

• Preferred: Experience in building materials industry.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Physical ability to lift 70+ pounds, stand most of the day, and perform bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Forklift certification/experience is preferred.
• Experience with masonry products, stone, or construction is a plus.
• Must work 40 hours per week.
