Position Description

This role involves loading and unloading products for customers in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relations are essential. Responsibilities include managing inventory, shipping and receiving documentation, keeping the yard organized, and performing physical labor such as breaking down pallets and hand-loading products. The position is outdoors year-round, primarily using a forklift to move palletized products.

On-the-job training will be provided by experienced employees. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Experience in building materials or related fields is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 70+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform bending and twisting.
• OSHA forklift certification or experience is preferred.
• Experience with masonry, stone, or construction practices is a plus.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
