Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a reliable Yard Worker to support rental equipment by cleaning, repairing, and preparing units for customers. You will perform minor mechanical repairs, run maintenance tasks, and assist with loading and unloading at job sites.

The role emphasizes safety, routine pump and hose evaluations, and basic welding/electrical work. A valid driver's license and a safety-conscious approach are required for daily field operations.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in general labor and general repairs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Current Driver's License.

About The Job

The Yard Worker will ensure Ironclads containers are cleaned, repaired, and fully operational for rental. This role involves performing a variety of general labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct pump and hose evaluations and repairs.
• Set up and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Pressure wash equipment and perform berm repairs.
• Handle labeling and inventory management tasks.
• Load and unload equipment.
• Perform minor welding and electrical work.
• Carry out general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
