Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Colorado is hiring an Asset Maintenance Tech I to service, maintain, and repair rental equipment while supporting inventory control.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, cycle counts, and ensuring all equipment is ready for release. You will work in yard/shop/field environments with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive overtime eligible pay. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires mechanical or equipment maintenance experience.
• Hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical skills including hydraulics, valves, hoses; basic electrical a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helps coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Assists with evaluation of cycle counts and coordinates adjustments.
• Inspects and ensures all equipment is properly repaired or serviced prior to release.
• Completes all required equipment check sheets.
• Ensures all parts, labor, and miscellaneous items are included on the work orders.
• Operates forklift as required to move equipment and supplies.
• Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Job

The Asset Maintenance Tech I plays a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment while also supporting inventory control.
