Job Responsibilities

Full Service

• Locate and remove parts from vehicles in the yard safely.
• Receive labels from the supervisor for parts to be pulled.
• Pull and retrieve parts from vehicles in the yard.
• Inspect parts and notify the supervisor of any damage.
• Stage parts for delivery drivers.
• Operate a forklift or order selector to transport parts within the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Respond to customer counter sales by receiving orders, pulling products, and loading them into customer vehicles.
• Verify stock positions for inside sales staff.
• Classify returns based on parts' condition and prepare inventory adjustment forms.
• Check in defective parts and process vendor returns.
• Sign off on deleted tickets, explaining reasons.
• Load trucks according to delivery schedules and perform final checks.
• Manage wheel cores for return to remanufacturing.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Self Service

• Assist with moving cars using forklifts or loaders.
• Clean debris from cars before processing.
• Remove batteries for testing and resale, and bring charged batteries to retail.
• Work with loaders to stage or pull cars.
• Walk the yard to clear debris from removed cars.
• Dismantle tires.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Wear all required PPE and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience; warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification beneficial.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, lift up to 75 pounds, and follow safety protocols.

Work Environment

• Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Exposure to hazardous conditions, extreme temperatures, and noise.
• Potential travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
