Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and load merchandise weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Experience dealing with the public is preferred.
• Basic math, reading, writing and speaking skills required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience with material handling and lumber/building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and contractors in the yard or warehouse.
• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard/warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers in delivering merchandise to homes or job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles or delivery trucks, verifying type and quantity.
• Identify shortages and report to store management.
• Maintain clean, safe yard and warehouse conditions.
