Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of related experience, with supervisory background.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of POS systems, basic accounting, safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage yard operations and supervise a supervisor and associates.
• Provide customer service to contractors and builders to increase sales.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and returns; oversee loading/unloading.
• Monitor inventory, cycle counts, and merchandise ordering.
• Enforce safety, security, and training standards across the team.
• Open/close yard and fill in for General Manager as needed.
