Qualifications

• Three months of accumulative operator experience.
• Valid driver license (not suspended).
• No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months.
• Ability to communicate on two-way radios with dispatch/management.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push and pull.
• Basic math skills including weights.
• Basic computer skills to operate the computerized scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and move trailers in/out of loading areas safely.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow Tyson policies.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Refuel tractors and trailers as needed.
• Weigh loads at the scale house when empty and full.
• Monitor offal trailers and load changes as required.
