Responsibilities

• Move trailers between yard and doors, hooking and moving parked trailers.
• Coordinate trailer movements with management and central control.
• Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Load and unload packages from vehicles and conveyors; lift and carry packages.
