Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Yard Driver to support yard operations at our Atlanta-area facilities. You will help organize and maintain trailers, perform safety checks, and ensure on-time delivery support without street driving.

A reliable driver with a year of yard experience and a clean record is preferred. We offer a team-focused, safety-driven environment with weekly pay and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer yard/warehouse experience.
• Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver a tractor and trailer in a yard environment.
• Complete daily yard checks.
• Move empty trailers to doors and set loaded trailers as directed.
• Perform and document pre/post shift safety inspections.
• Lift and open trailer doors and adjust tandems when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe yard area and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and communicate issues to yard management.
