Job summary

Performance Team in the United States (MA) is seeking a Yard Driver to safely move trailers, hostlers, and equipment within our yard and docks. You will position trailers at doors, assist with yard organization, and coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams.

This full-time role pays $30.00 per hour, works Sun–Wed from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, and requires a valid driver's license with a verifiable year of yard experience. OT and English literacy are needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL may be required.
• Experience operating yard tractors/hostlers/trailers preferred.
• Ability to maneuver equipment in tight yard spaces and active environments.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate yard trucks, hostlers, tractors and other equipment.
• Move trailers between parking areas, docks, staging areas, and maintenance locations.
• Connect/disconnect trailers per procedures and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Document trailer movements and yard activity accurately.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean yard; report damages and maintenance needs.
