Job summary

SRM Concrete in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a dedicated Yard Team Member to help keep the yard and plant areas clean, safe, and organized. You’ll load/unload materials, assist operations, and perform routine maintenance in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You’ll work as part of a team, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following all safety policies with PPE. Training is available for motivated individuals to grow with SRM Concrete.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Willing to follow safety policies and PPE.
• Experience in yard roles is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard and plant areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials.
• Provide manual labor to support plant operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like pressure washing and organizing supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify when running low.
• Follow safety policies and PPE at all times.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
