Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Yard Team Member to keep the yard and plant areas clean, safe, and organized. You will assist with loading and unloading materials, support plant operations, and perform routine maintenance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical labor and working outdoors, with a strong work ethic and reliable teamwork. You’ll follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy outdoor physical work and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and reliable teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard and plant areas clean and organized (sweeping, shoveling, general cleanup).
• Assist with loading/unloading materials from trucks.
• Support plant operations with manual labor as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance like pressure washing and organizing supplies.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to supervisor.
