48forty Solutions is seeking a Yard Switcher at our Atlanta facility. You will move and spot containers to support warehouse sorting and processing for shipment or storage. The role pays $20.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm shifts.

You will operate a manual transmission/10 speed vehicle, ensure a neat storage lot, and drive safely around the plant and staging areas. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, attention to safety, and willingness to work overtime.

Overview

As aYard Switcher, you will be responsible for the movement and spotting of containers to facilitate the needs of the warehouse in sorting and processing material for shipment or storage.

Hourly Pay:

$20.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Prior experience operating manual transmission/10 speed preferred.
• Responsible for the movement and spotting of containers to facilitate the needs of the warehouse in sorting and processing material for shipment or storage
• Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly storage lot oriented toward maximizing efficiency in servicing the plant needs
• Drive and operate vehicle in and around the plant and storage lot/staging area
