Rain for Rent is seeking a Yard Supervisor to oversee yard operations, ensuring customer satisfaction with product, operations, delivery, installation and pickup.

You will coordinate daily tasks, maintain branch equipment and manage parts inventory, while upholding safety standards and company SOPs. This role supports a dynamic, service-driven team in a nationwide equipment rental environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of rental equipment experience or training.
• Thorough knowledge of DMV and truck rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee yard operations to meet customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pickup.
• Load/unload deliveries and transfers.
• Maintain forklifts and other branch equipment.
• Order parts and supplies for upcoming jobs and fleet maintenance.
• Ensure safety and SOPs in daily yard activities.
