Rain for Rent in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to supervise branch and yard operations and personnel to meet customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pickup.

Qualifications

Supervises branch and yard operations and personnel to meet customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pickup.
Plans and schedules deliveries, installations, and equipment returns in coordination with Branch Operations Manager.
Maintains safe, neat and efficient operating conditions and ensures proper installation and operation of new products.

Responsibilities

Supervises daily yard operation such as welding, fitting fabrication, and general labor tasks required for timely delivery, installation, and pickup.
Maintains adequate rental inventory levels of fittings, pipe, pumps, tank parts and equipment.
Keeps and provides records and reports required by management on a timely basis.
Helps conduct branch safety meetings.
