The role is full-time, on-site, with outdoor physical work and occasional forklift use. We value detail orientation, reliability, and teamwork in a growing roofing and solar company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, yard, or materials handling preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable outdoors on a fast-paced schedule.
• Forklift certification a plus; driver's license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard clean, organized, and safe; track material and equipment locations.
• Sort incoming trailers and restock materials.
• Receive deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Stock and organize materials in yard and shop locations.
• Restock materials pulled for daily builds.
• Build and stage daily jobs; document with photos in Asana.
• Submit a yard huddle when materials are missing from a build.
• Keep trailers in good condition; check tarps and job numbers.
• Flag shortages or damaged materials immediately.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Support forklift operations for moving materials.
