RB Global, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Yard Staff in Perris, CA to safely receive, process, line up and support auction day operations for consigned equipment. You will help with checks-in/checks-out, display setup and basic equipment maintenance.

The role requires driving, forklift operation, facility inspections, and good customer service for both internal and external customers. Join a large omnichannel marketplace with strong brand assets and employee benefits.

• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RB Global owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment.
• Basic assembly of equipment (e.g., dozer blades).
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Drives sound truck.
• Holds ‘This item for sale sign’ (stick person).
• Places operators in rolling stock.
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Part Time Yard Staff safely receives, processes, lines up, sale day support and check-out consigned equipment for the auction. Strict adherence to the Ritchie Bros. standard of customer service is always expected of the Yard Staff.
