Job summary

RB Global, Inc. seeks a Part Time Yard Staff member to safely receive, process, line up, and support auction day activities for consigned equipment. You will assist with display setup, equipment movement, basic maintenance, and housekeeping while following company service standards.

A valid driver’s license is required for vehicle operation and access to yard duties. The role involves driving heavy and light equipment, coordinating with auction staff, and supporting on-site tasks such as signage

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction.
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment.
• Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Drives sound truck.
• Holds ‘This item for sale sign’ (stick person).
• Places operators in rolling stock.
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver's license meeting company’s motor vehicle policy required
