Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Part-Time Yard Staff member in Minnesota to safely receive, process, line up and support auction day operations. You will handle equipment, perform basic maintenance, manage keys, and assist with setup and cleanup while upholding RB Global's customer-service standards.

Responsibilities include inspections, daily checks, signage placement and general auction-day support on site. The role requires reliable attendance and a willingness to perform additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction.
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
