Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Yard Staff member to safely receive, process, line up, and support sale day activities for auction consignments. This role emphasizes strong customer service and reliable performance on a fast-paced yard.

You'll operate and inspect equipment, assist with displays, and help maintain the yard during live auctions, working closely with team members and adhering to company standards. This position is on-site in Minnesota and offers weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Good customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsabilités

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment
• Manages keys for equipment
• Boosts equipment
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment
• Lot number equipment
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day
• Perform other duties as assigned

We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
