Job summary

Carter Lumber Company in Ohio seeks a reliable Yard Associate to assist contractors and DIY customers with order selection, loading, and staging of materials. You will help maintain yard inventory, conduct cycle counts, and keep areas organized; forklift may be used.

We value a friendly, team-oriented person who can work outdoors in all conditions and deliver great customer service on 1st shift. Full-time benefits apply after 30 days and room for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist contractors and do-it-yourselfers with selection and loading of orders

• Operate equipment including a forklift

Description:

You will assist contractors and do-it-yourselfers with the selection and loading of their order, pull and stage materials to be picked up and/or delivered, help maintain the inventory in the Yard by conducting cycle counts, and keep the Yard organized and clean. Equipment used includes a forklift.
