SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Yard Associate to manage yard and warehouse duties at our Elkhorn location. The role includes stocking, receiving, loading and unloading products, and ensuring a clean, safe yard environment.

This full-time position emphasizes safe operation of equipment and adherence to company procedures. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and pass a background/drug test are required or preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and Internet use.
• Forklift experience helpful, not required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.
• Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
• Keeping yard area neat and organized.
• Operating forklifts in outdoor environments.
• Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE and proper lifting techniques.
• Cover back-up driver responsibilities in a non-regulated truck.
