Job summary

ROCKWOOL is seeking a Yard Operator for our Byhalia, MS facility. The role runs 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from day one. You will operate and maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and support multiple plant areas to ensure clean, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Replace collection filters and clean filter box.
• Clean spinning chamber, gooseneck, seal drum, and drive sprocket.
• Clean oven ducting, exhaust fans, and hoods.
• Clean curing oven filters and area.
• Maintain processing water tank and area.
• Clean collection fan, impeller, and duct work as needed.
• Prepare new SPC filter sets and keep ready.
• Pressure wash filter cages and keep storage areas tidy.
• General cleanliness of emissions building and factory floor.
• Handle waste and dispose of materials properly.
• Paint and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
