Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years machine service/maintenance experience.
• 1+ years machine operating skills.
• 1+ years forklift operation.
• Willingness to become a technician in the future.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer orders and machines.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving of work tools.
• Enter information into DBS and logs.
• Assist customers and sales staff by phone or in person.
• Operate yard equipment and forklift.
• Inspect tools and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
