Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Operator to load and unload customer orders and machines, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced yard environment. You will support transfers, inventory, and tool movements while coordinating with Sales and Parts departments.

Qualified candidates bring 1+ year of customer service, machine maintenance, and forklift experience, plus a High School diploma or GED. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds and working in both indoor and outdoor yard

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years machine service/maintenance.
• 1+ years machine operating skills.
• 1+ years forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Fills out ship/receive reports.
• Obtains rental agreements, does safety sheets, and SMM and license plates.
• Ships and receives work tools from Caterpillar/vendors/branches/etc.
• Controls transfers to/from shops for attachments.
• Enters information into DBS for attachments.
• Fills out log and data entry of work tools.
