Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 preferred or required within 90 days.
• Valid driving record and ability to operate yard equipment safely.
• Experience in supervision and coaching of yard staff.

Responsibilities

• Set daily goals, schedules, and expectations for yard crew.
• Oversee inventory records for materials and equipment, including transfers.
• Coordinate inter-company deliveries and returns with staff.
• Maintain documentation for requisitions, freight, and packing slips.
• Ensure safety checks and permits are completed according to policy.
• Communicate personnel needs and projections to supervisor.
