Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead yard operations per CN operating plan.
• Supervise train crews, utility conductors and cab drivers.
• Coordinate with Train Masters, Clerks, Dispatchers and external railroads.
• Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed and productivity is high.
• Coordinate movement of trains and interchanges with CN territory.
• Observe and enforce operating and safety rules.
