Responsibilities

• Direct forklift operators and yard associates to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Verify outbound loads for accuracy and maintain yard organization and safety.
• Assist with training and mentoring yard personnel and coordinate with warehouse, sales, and dispatch teams.
• Support inventory control efforts including material counts and discrepancy resolution.
