Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Four years of yard/warehouse/mfg/material-handling leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard operations to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Direct loading, unloading, and movement of materials with equipment.
• Train and mentor new yard staff on safety and processes.
• Assist customers with load building and inventory availability details.
• Maintain a safe, organized yard and lead safety meetings.
