Qualifications

• General yard operations knowledge.
• Experience operating general laydown yard equipment.
• Experience managing, evaluating, and coaching direct reports.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily goals, schedules, and expectations for the yard crew.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain inventory records for materials and equipment and monitor for re-stocking.
• Manage transaction forms, freight bills, packing slips, and related docs.
• Assist with securing, scheduling, and shipping materials and deliveries.
• Ensure safety checks and permits per policy and law.
