JobSquad Solutions Team is seeking a Yard Mule/Jockey Operator in the Sweetwater, FL area. You will be responsible for safely moving trailers within our facility yard and coordinating with dispatchers to ensure smooth yard traffic.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of verifiable Yard Mule experience and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Overtime availability and strict adherence to safety regulations are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Yard Mule/Jockey safely to move, spot, and park trailers at docks or staging areas.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse leads, and drivers to maintain yard flow.
• Chock trailer wheels and connect/unconnect air lines and electrical cords as required.
• Keep yard clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
